Similarly, fake interview call letters / offer of appointment are also issued by e-mail/ hard copy using name and logo of POWERGRID and candidates are also being asked to deposit money in bank accounts for facilitating their selection/ employment in POWERGRID.
Many times it has also been noticed that distorted information / selective information from our advertisement which convey different meaning/ interpretation are being published / circulated through websites/ social media.
It is therefore clarified that POWERGRID does not offer out of turn employment to anybody. POWERGRID does not recruit anyone on the strength of his / her biodata/ resume. Any recruitment for Executive position in POWERGRID is widely advertised across India in English & Hindi National newspapers and employment news. Non-Executive positions are widely advertised in Regional level and also notified to Employment exchanges. Any direct recruitment for fixed tenure contractual engagements are also notified at State/ Regional level in Newspapers. All the detailed Recruitment advertisements mentioning the eligibility criteria for the advertised positions, including qualification, age, experience requirement, relaxation & concession to reserved categories, selection process etc. are notified on Career section of our website : www.powergrid.in. All online applications are hosted on the career section of our website only and all communication related to employment are sent through official post / official e-mail IDs only. POWERGRID has not authorized any organization/ individual to carry out any direct recruitment activity for regular / temporary employment under POWERGRID.
