As per MCA Order 24/6/2024-सीएल-III dated 27.01.2026 with effect from 1st March 2026, the above mentioned former TBCB Project SPV of POWERGRID has been amalgamated/ merged into “POWERGRID Vataman Transmission Limited”, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of POWERGRID for 6 TBCB Transmission System Projects of POWERGRID. This amalgamated/ merged wholly owned subsidiary, namely “POWERGRID Vataman Transmission Limited”, is now entrusted with “Project B5: Sikar Khetri TBCB Transmission System Project ”, which was previously entrusted to the above mentioned former POWERGRID TBCB Project SPV.
