<p>As per MCA Order 24/7/2024-सीएल-III dated 27.01.2026 with effect from 1st March 2026, the above mentioned former TBCB Project SPV of POWERGRID has been amalgamated/ merged into “POWERGRID Khavda II-C Transmission Limited”, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of POWERGRID for 13 TBCB Transmission System Projects of POWERGRID. This amalgamated/ merged wholly owned subsidiary, namely “POWERGRID Khavda II-C Transmission Limited”, is now entrusted with “Project A9: Ananthpuram Kurnool TBCB Transmission System Project”, which was previously entrusted to the above mentioned former POWERGRID TBCB Project SPV.</p>
