POWERGRID signs MoU with PEC Chandigarh to establish POWERGRID Centre of Excellence under CSR
POWERGRID signed an MoU with PEC Chandigarh to establish POWERGRID Centre of Excellence under CSR. It was signed by Sh. Tarun Bajaj, ED (NR-II) & Prof. Rajesh Bhatia, Director, PEC in presence of Sh. Rajeev Verma, CS, Chandigarh, Sh. R. K. Tyagi, CMD, POWERGRID, Ms. Prerna Puri, Secretary, Education, Chandigarh. The centre is being established at estimated cost of Rs. 17 Crores, & it envisages to open new avenues for student learning. Senior officers from POWERGRID including Sh. V. S. Bhal, ED (CMG-CC), Sh. Jasbir Singh, ED (CSR), HODs & faculty members of PEC were also present during ceremony.
