In this newly invented process, 45% of the total length of roof is coated with reflective screen, from about 45 to 85% of total length of roof is screened for white and glossy paint and from about 85% to end of the total length of roof is screened with black paint with appropriate thickness. This roof coating/screening technique offers energy efficiency round the year without compromising the comfort level. In addition, the invented screening process takes care of reflection issue on nearby buildings, dust settlement and expense towards deployment.
